Happy Saturday to those who don’t.
A happy occasion either way. :)

filloureyeswithstars asked: You know, there are some nights when I don't even want to sleep. Most of the time my disorder bothers me, but I really enjoy the quiet and privacy and being the only person awake. I just love night time. Most of the time I just have the energy between 2 and 7am that I don't have during the day. I feel more myself at night. But this might be my anxiety issues blending with my sleeping...

filloureyeswithstars asked: Yeah, next time I go to the doctor, I'm going to mention it. I'd never considered my lack of sleep causing panic attacks! Anonymous asked: I have DSPS and I've been sleeping during the day but now I have to be awake in the morning for the next few weeks. I usually do it by going around the clock and sleeping a bit later everyday/night but it takes awhile. Do you have any tips for schedule adjusting?

sailorjpod asked: I developed DSPS when I hit puberty when I was about 11. I've had it for twelve damn years! Nothings worked to get me on a regular schedule. Anyway you don't have to post this. I just saw a post where you said you had it too. I think you're the only other person I know of that has it. Somehow this brings me joy haha anyway love the blog. As soon as I think of some good ones...
