I know! It’s like everyone has insomnia or DSPS and almost nobody has anything else. I’m trying to fix that lol
I know at least one other person here has hypersomnia, though. I’m not sure what ESD is so I don’t know about that one about that one.
I swear the birds in my neighbourhood don’t want me to sleep… Well, who am I to disappoint the birds?

My doctor didn’t seem to understand how sunlight really, really doesn’t affect my sleep schedule or that sleeping through the vast majority of daylight hours is not my ideal situation.

Got hit with this over the weekend. I can barely sleep in my own bed, sleeping at a stranger’s house is pretty much out of the question.
